Location : Beirut, Lebanon.
Min 2+ years of previous experience in stock management and accounting is required.
-Help and assist our customers in properly implementing the inventory, accounting, and all our modules.
-Help with interface with accounting settings, helping customers to set it up.
-Diagnose and report any discrepancy with the reports and look into customer’s data
-Validate and continuously update our default database.
-Help customers to set up and use the Merits loyalty program, and communicate with their customers by exporting customers, etc., sending emails sending sms
-Help our customers with any import or export from excel
-Validate the digital menu for restaurants and ensure the design is perfect before going live; coordinate with our graphic designer
-Ensure proper updates of required software and train new employees as needed on company processes
