Call Center Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.
  • Escalate issues when needed and track feedback for improvements.
  • Provide administrative support to management and assist with events/meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration or customer support, ideally in tech/software.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to manage customer complaints professionally.
